The renovation of the existing structure began in 2006. Careful attention was paid to the preservation of the historical aspects of the building. In addition to preserving the architectural beauty, innate to the location, meticulous thought was put into creating the most efficient use of space and updating design for convenient modern living. The interior was divided into eight condominium units, with six 4BR/3BA units (2,200 square feet) and two 3BR/2BA units (1,800 square feet). The building's interior has been completely rehabbed, with new electrical wiring and plumbing, along with individual central air systems in each unit. A new porch was built in the communal courtyard to provide a convenient second entrance and additional outdoor space. An exquisite array of finishes have been chosen for condominiums, in keeping with the tradition of high historical design standards, to provide beautiful elements appropriate for the modern lifestyle and design trends of today.
